I have no words to describe the relationship I built with Anita: She’s someone I consider from my family now! I have seen Anita for about 6 months, and she helps me dealing with anxiety, depression, panic attacks since the beginning… I’ve been able to deal with a lot of traumas from my past and move on. Anita, you are amazing!! I a 22 (M) have been seeing Anita for about a year now. I just enjoy having her as someone to talk too. When leaving I am super goal-oriented and focused, I also find that I am very connected with myself and also others. My first talk with Anita came in, I rather felt lost, confused and angry. We together were able to pinpoint my deep down issues all the way from high school, sorting everything out and even completely erasing all my big insecurities. Currently Anita is really helping me with my career, we are able to map it all out putting me on the right track moving forward. I feel like I've been stuck in life and my career for a long time. I've tried reading self help books and every productivity article out there. I felt like there would be one thing that would help me out of my funk. Then I tried therapy but that didn't seem to go anywhere for me. Then I started looking into hypnosis. I was very skeptical at first but I always like to at least try everything once. So I made an appointment with Anita.Anita is kind and very passionate about what she does. I entered Anitas office with hesitancy, I have never been a fan of "therapy" or any of my previous "therapists" before. I just know something in my life needed to change-had to change. I was sick of being the same run down and numbed out person. Anita was immediately different than anyone I'd seen before, she is remarkable. The value she puts on each individual life and how she shows she cares is beyond normal, its very impactful. After a couple of sessions, over the course of a couple of months we spent time evaluating my beliefs and what affirms my values, we discussed important aspects of my life and how I ended up in her office. Anita told me on our next visit we would need extra time for "time line therapy." While clearing my schedule for a longer session, I must be honest, I was unsure of what to think. Was I ready for this? What is it? How is it meant to help? Will it help me? How do you even do it? Can you get it wrong? She must have read my face because before I had anymore time to rush through my list of doubts Anita reassured me. Nothing was rushed, everything was explained in detail and there was even a soft cushion of the unknown, enough room for me to get curious and just experience the practice. After the time line therapy I hadn't noticed much of a difference. The practice in general relaxed me immediately and helped my body feel lighter and calmer, but I hadn't noticed any profound changes. Later that week I had several chaotic life events that occurred. I was let go from a training position in a very unprofessional way, one of my shifts at my other job had been given to someone else the company saw more fit, and I was being told because I was medically unable to continue this current semester of graduate school I would need to completely unenroll and would be put on academic probation until further notice of a health evaluation. The week was long, but how I handled these events was empowering and majestic. I handled each of these occurrences from a whole new place, I was a whole new person, no shame, no fear, not even guilt. I felt at peace through the drama and respected how I handled myself every step of the way! I even became excited to find new and better opportunities and make space for what greatness was to come my way-who am I, I thought? It is like I had laid the old person down to rest and this new person was completely capable and ready for any circumstance or challenge that came her way. Time Line Therapy works! Anita works! I highly suggest! All you have to do is put in the hard work and go! I wish you all well on your journey of empowerment and limitless experiences that are out there waiting for you to embrace.

To anyone struggling with depression,anxiety,panic attacks or other issues related to the mind and body I'd recommend seeing Anita with an open heart and mind from my own experience I was lost doctors wouldn't help me anymore psychologist couldn't handle my situation, doctor's told me I need to be on medication to treat my issues when In reality there was another problem that I didnt understand until I met Anita and here I am learning each day! I highly recommend Anita's services. When I came to her I was in a very bad place in my life. I struggled with depression, childhood trauma, and low self a steam. I had a session this week with Anita Saldana to get free from hurtful thoughts and perceptions of a conversation that threw me off balance. I had attempted to figure it out on my own but that didn’t work very well. Before working with Anita, I had a big health concern that was recently diagnosed. Frankly, I was scared and worried about my future. I knew a little about the mind/body connection but had no idea of how to help myself to heal. Anita was very patient, informative, and helped me through some challenging times. A reviewAfter many years and very unexpectedly, I met Anita at the most difficult period of my life. We had the 20th class reunion where I learnt what Anita had been doing as a profession and got extremely interested in it. At the time my husband and I had very serious financial circumstances because of different reasons, partly to do with bad decisions and the pressure rooted in the widespread international financial crisis. The situation was so critical that it threatened our marriage, the life of our two teenage children and other family members as well. We tried a lot of things, but simply we could not find the way out.That was the point when Anita started to coach us leading our steps gradually out of this hard period. She worked wonders with us, but it was not easy. First, we had to understand each other’s way of thinking, how differently we see the world and how we can support each other the best. After almost 20 years of marriage it was a bit surprising to deal with that. I believe the feelings and ideas we came to understand had been in us earlier but with Anita’s help we became more aware of them and learnt to use them to focus precisely. Instead of wasting our time and energy on blaming each other for the current hardship we were facing, we made bold decisions and began to look for alternatives to lead us out of that hopeless situation. Anita showed us how to communicate efficiently and also how to turn towards the things we desire in life instead of looking back. She had great power in guiding us, trying to make us understand that by learning to be self-conscious and self-empowered we can achieve a good life and leave all our difficulties behind. Anita taught us some simple methods that have proved to be essential and a great help to face the challenges of everyday life. Two years have passed since we first had our online session with Anita and the things have considerably changed around us. Our financial circumstances have improved a lot and our relationship has reached a much more intimate level because of providing each other with a much better support. Although we still have things to deal with, the most important result for us is that gradually worry and stress have disappeared from our lives.
