HOW TO RELAX DURING HYPNOSIS?
To accomplish full-body relaxation at my office, I use a zero gravity chair. When reclined in a zero gravity chair your body is in a neutral position. Your feet and your heart are in alignment and you will feel no pressure on your back. The feeling is being weightless. You will practice deep breathing to relieve tension.
It is easy to follow directions. You will relax your entire body from head to toe. The mind will always wonder, and you will be asked to let your thoughts come and go several times. The intention is to relax and follow instructions.
