QUALITY SLEEP – EXECUTIVE COACHING SESSION

I designed a 3-hour Executive Coaching Session just for high-performing executives to achieve high-quality sleep. This session starts with a short assessment of your current stressors and I will use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques to loosen your grip on them.

After the assessment, you will be introduced to 12 simple steps of releasing negative emotions and limiting beliefs with Time Line Therapy®. Releasing the actual negative emotions from your past will take approximately 5-8 minutes each. Limiting Decisions will take as much as 4-5 minutes, and with most of my clients Limiting Decisions are resolved by releasing all negative emotions.

You will also receive a 1-hour recording with your choice of sound-scape to fall asleep and stay asleep. In this special recording, I am using a special software utilizing Isochronic Tones and Brain Entrainment.
